这本杂志在04年1月开始已经收到 Journal of Materials Science 里面了 就不分什么快报了
可以网上投 具体要求请看下面的链接

如何在editorial manager 里面提交 latex 文件

具体操作如下：
1. 在EndNote中: Edit 》 Output Styles 》 Open Style Manager ...
2. 在新开的对话框中，勾选BibTex Export，确认
3. 选中要引用的文献，File 》 Export...
4. 在新开对话框中，Save file types选择Text Only; Output Style选择BibTex Export，命名之后Save
5. 新保存了一个txt文件，将后缀改成bib
6. 在BibDesk中: File 》 Open Using Temporary Cite Keys...选择刚才保存的*.bib打开
这样bib就好了。
