动力好比汽车的发动机，推动汽车的前进。对英语学习不感兴趣，但是具备上面所提到的外在压力，同样能够“临阵磨枪，不快也光”。除了外在压力，内在努力也是动力的一种表现，也是学习任何一门技能所“必备”的，没有自身的努力，就很难学到任何技能。努力学习就是指每天多花时间学习新知识;努力学习就是遇到困难以后坚持不懈;努力学习就是在别人花一分努力我花十分努力，就是在别人花十分努力我花一百分努力的表现。

第三点是正确的方法。
有了以上两点要素以外，还需要第三点，正确的方法。没有一个正确的方法，英语学习会很被动，时间花了不少，但效果却不理想。看看多少人徘徊在英语学习的门外，一直无法入门，而只能“疯狂”地pounding on stones (敲打着围墙)，学习只能是“少慢差费”。而有了正确的方法，就好比汽车有了方向盘，就可以少走弯路，学习起来也就是“多快好省”，事半功倍了。有条件的同学可以和外教一对一学习，课时费一次一结的课程，灵活方便，可优先选择。
