把两段音频合成叠加的一段需要用到格式工厂软件，具体步骤如下：

一、打开格式工厂这个软件，单击“工具集”，然后单击“视频合并”按钮；

二、出现的视频合并的界面中，单击“添加文件”按钮；

三、在弹出的界面中，选择两个需要合并的视频，单击“打开”按钮；

四、此时两个视频就被添加过来了，想要更改顺序的话，可以点击小房子的位置；

五、确定好顺序后，单击“确定”按钮；

六、单击“开始”按钮；

七、合并完毕后，显示“完成”即可。
