【含义解释】

1、in time    英

解释：准时; 按时;    

相同点：都可表示“按时”

不同点：in time表示及时。指没有迟到，时间还充裕。on time表示准时，按时。指按规定的时刻，不早不晚。

【用法区别】

in time的英文意思是“early enough”，即“及时，迟早”。 也就是指正赶上时候或恰在需要的时候，其通常更加强调的是动作在时间内完成或者提前完成某事。

on time的英文意思是“happening or done at the particular moment that it was expected to happen or be done”，即“按时，准时”。在这样的语境中，on time更加强调“在具体时间内没有迟到”。

从帮助里可以看到。sleep(这里里允许时间秒）秒可以是浮点数。但是不允许多个参数。

Spring:事务timeout参数

timeout事务的超时时间，默认值为-1。如果超过该时间限制但事务还没有完成，则自动回滚事务。
